In 2018 my son started getting panic attacks. Being far away in a foreign country, it was very worrying for my husband & I. After many consultations with his university psychologists, he was still not getting anywhere. When he visited Kenya for his holidays, we consulted Shruti. She explained to us parents that our son was experiencing what a lot of youth experience these days due to the stress of fast life, pressure and quality of life.
